Getting Started with TheirCare

To begin, click the “Register Now” button to set up your account, enrol your child, and book care.

As part of the registration process, you will need to provide:

• Parent or guardian contact details
• Your child’s details
• Account information
• Booking preferences
• Access to statements

What Your Child Might Get Up To
Every day at TheirCare brings something new. Your child might take part in:

• Sports and outdoor play
• Creative play, cooking and craft
• Drawing, Lego, construction
• Art, dance, incursions and more

Our programs are fun, flexible and designed to let children follow their interests while feeling supported and engaged.

Understanding the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
You may be eligible for up to 90 percent off your child care fees through the Child Care Subsidy, depending on your combined annual income. Centrelink determines eligibility and allocates subsidised hours on a fortnightly basis.

Here’s how it works:

• We begin billing once CCS is applied
• CCS enrolments must be confirmed through Centrelink
• Subsidy is based on the full session hours, not the hours your child attends
• Linking your CCS may take one to two weeks after care begins
• We will support you throughout the process and notify you when CCS has been successfully linked.
